I teach yoga with an overall aim to alleviate dis-ease and cultivate vitality, joy and happiness, not only for 90minutes on the yoga mat but in your everyday life.
Through regular yoga practice you can learn to re-connect to your body’s own inner intelligence and find healing from within. I teach asana (movement) and pranayama (breathwork) and incorporate mindfulness and ancient yoga philosophy into my lessons.
